Shipping Policy
Once your payment is received, it is verified and your shipment is made. We then send you your tracking number by email, so that you can track your package at all times.
Please remember that you should not accept any open packages, as if your merchandise is incomplete, you risk invalidating your warranty.
The courier has the obligation to visit you up to 2 times at the indicated address and if in none of these visits it was possible to deliver your package, it will remain with the local courier, later you will have to pick up your package at the courier, according to the notice that was left for you, if you do not pick up your package under any circumstance, the courier will return your package to our address and you will have to pay a new shipping cost.
For further information, you will be provided with the relevant information regarding the courier responsible for delivering your order.

Verification of personal data

SALES POLICIES
ACROSHET makes the following POLICIES available to you, so that our CUSTOMERS are better informed:
1. When placing an order, the prices of the products will be respected, EXCEPT if a price is MISCALCULATED by our system and/or an error by our staff. This variation is considered an error if there is a margin of 10% +/- of the actual price of the product, so we will contact our CUSTOMER in order to provide an appropriate solution on both sides.
2. At the time of placing an order we reserve the right to remove the ordered product or products from our inventory. This will be done EXCLUSIVELY after make your payment and confirm the existence of your products, once this is done you will receive an email stating that your order is being prepared, guaranteeing your merchandise until that moment.
3. If there is a problem with our inventory of any product, at the time the CUSTOMER places his order and pays during the process, the COMPANY undertakes to notify the CUSTOMER of the problem that occurred in order to agree to supply the product on a date to be defined and/or cancel said order, in the event that the customer decides that his order is partially supplied, the rest will be sent without courier charge to the CUSTOMER's address, in agreement with the CUSTOMER.
4. Due to the contingency, the main courier service Estafeta is reporting delays in some orders, this may cause inconvenience, we ask for your understanding, remember that there are essential products that have priority, however your feedback is important, communicate through our different means, to provide you with better service, the COMPANY has no responsibility when dealing with a third party, so it is important to check the restrictions that the courier has in your area.
Occasionally the COMPANY may change the suggested courier service to another courier service in order to carry out the shipment of your order. This depends on the origin from which your product will be shipped. The COMPANY reserves the right to use the courier service without any commitment, whether or not you have paid for the courier service.

6. In the event that the package cannot be delivered or there is a delay in the delivery or shipment of your order, it is the responsibility of our CUSTOMER to contact our staff at +51 945910126. You can contact us through our email acroshet.pe@gmail.com where we will promptly assist you.
7. Sales made in our online store are independent of sales in any of our branches, so any exchange or return must be made by contacting our store, through the aforementioned means, by phone and by email acroshet.pe@gmail.com . Product returns or exchanges will not be accepted in our physical stores.
8. Orders will be sent EXCLUSIVELY to the address specified in the SHIPPING data that is notified of the order. If the customer realizes that he/she has omitted any data necessary for successful delivery, it is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to provide any additional costs that this entails, as well as to notify us to update his/her data.
BILLING
9. By tax regulations, the invoice will be issued according to the data provided through the order. Our CLIENT may add different billing data to their account, however only one invoice may be issued per order. All orders are invoiced as a GENERIC CLIENT, unless they specify their RUC with their complete billing data.
10. ONCE THE INVOICE HAS BEEN ISSUED WITH THE DATA PROVIDED, NO DATE CHANGES OR RE-INVOICING CAN BE MADE. In view of the above, we ask that you carefully check the data to be invoiced before proceeding to place your order.
RETURN POLICIES
Any item purchased in the ACROSHET online store may be returned as long as it meets the conditions established in these POLICIES, which apply to all our CUSTOMERS without exception.
12. Returns must be reported within a maximum period of 3 BUSINESS DAYS after receiving your order, whereas for yarns you can make a return up to 20 days after receiving your order.
13. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS, otherwise you will receive a credit note or purchase voucher redeemable for any other product, valid in our online store. ACROSHET reserves the right to make an extraordinary exception for any cash refund.
14. When returning unused material, you will receive a purchase voucher in your favor, which you can use to purchase any product from our store.
15. The yarns are not received rewound or in damaged condition. In order for a yarn to be returned, it must retain its original packaging.
In case the RETURN of the product is appropriate, The CUSTOMER is responsible for shipping the item to our store , or you may receive special instructions to make the return at the nearest store. To do so, you must bring the documentation that was previously indicated to you by phone.
17. RETURN will NOT be possible when:
• The original packaging has been opened
• When the purchased merchandise is at auction or liquidation, last stock, etc.
• If the product EXPRESSLY had the legend NO WARRANTY or NO RETURN, or is a promotional item.
18. RETURN CHARGES:
The COMPANY will charge you for the forwarding service, since it is a THIRD PARTY service, which is not considered in the payment you made when purchasing your products. The COMPANY may omit this charge, except in the following cases:
• Due to an error on our part, the product received is not the one requested, compared to the original order.
• That the product is in poor condition.
In any case, a guide will be sent to you by mail, which must be printed and delivered to the courier, who will collect the product(s) to be returned.
